Keoki and Thomas were excellent! I’d been meaning to get rid of some oversized bean bag chairs on my back patio. They had great communication and came within the timeframe they gave. They gave me an estimate that was a bit out of my price range. So they worked with me and were able to meet me at a price I was comfortable with. Super kind and courteous! Very happy with their work!

Reasonable price and well communication with negotiating price. They will come all the way inside your property and pick up all the stuff you need it to be. fast and clean, they understood me what I needed. House is all clean now, me and my wife is very happy. Expensive to live out here in Hawaii but they definitely helped us for quality of life. Also they have military discount. Also a big thank you to Tyrone and Jake

We called for an estimate on a Monday morning thinking of having a pick-up on a Tuesday. I got call back within minutes. While talking to the dispatch/back office I inquired on the possibility of scheduling for the same day afternoon. It was 11:45. They were able to fit us in for a 12-2pm window. Before 12pm I got a friendly call from Austin saying they were downtown and would be at our place in 20-25 minutes. Austin called again 20 min later and Schawnee and Austin meticulously reviewed our items and gave us a reasonable quote. They loaded up and were done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. They were enthusiastic, strong and capable and we traded stories about our shared family interests and hobbies. They made getting rid of junk fun! MAHALO

These guys absolutely were the best team to get junk removed! Completed household removal and cleanup within 5 hours......complete job: outside and inside!! I recommend these guys without hesitation! JC and Mario were initial team leaders. Polite, professional and thorough in their duties. They did initial household survey and were never skeptical about doing the required haul out. 5-stars to these men and their team!

Tyler & Jake were amazing to work with. They took inventory of what needed to be removed, gave me a fair price, and were done in minutes. Seriously, mattresses and boxes gone and work order complete in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be calling again.

Highly recommend, after tennants left behind a large mess and damaged property, my father and I had no way to get all the larger bulky items left behind up and down the steps making it hard for us to carry on with our life due to this major set back. 1-800 junk sent their team of Mick and Brendyn and they were able to quickly get here assess the state of which the tennants left the place in and gave us a very reasonable quote to help us pick up ourselves from this major bump in the road for us. Mick and Brendyn efficiently took all the large bulky items from the upstairs unit loaded it into their truck fully using all available space to get the most done for us in this time of hardship. I truly appreciated the service I received. Also they worked in the rain and were super cool about it.

Logan and Thomas came in like super heroes and handled an old commercial refrigerator like mighty men! They also moved a rusted metal tool cabinet for me. Amazing service with smiles and great attitudes. I booked them the same day. Very reliable. Mahalo 1-800 GOT JUNK!!!
